How about Brcko, Bosnia; a condominium between Srpska Repun and the Republic of Bosnia and Herzogovena.

I am sorry, but could not find documentation.

wait lowell
with lloydminster as your example
you cant have meant multi anything
but must have meant only interjurisdictionally or bijurisdictionally
chartered in that case

by contrast with inter & bi
both of which normally refer to 2 things
multi always means 3 or more

happily tho the mohawk capital of st regis
chartered as a town in both new york & quebec
does appear to meet your intended question
or rather raises it a notch by being international rather than
merely interprovincial

& the additional good news for you here is that by stumbling onto
this term multi
you have come at length to the very heart & point of bp
as you can also see at our home page

multipointing aka try pointing
or seeking & reporting on points where 3 or more things meet
is expressly what we are all about

& this can actually be a very demanding & exacting discipline

all the rest of what you find here is unprincipled or purely
associative yakking
& tho indulged
nonmultipointing & nontrypointing topics are strictly beside the
point of boundarypoint as constituted

however
questions of any kind
no matter how irrelevant or confused
are honored for the quest they imply & for their value as
surrogate or proxy or simulated pointing tries
