<div id="ygrps-yiv-1297702767">well the new mdvawv survey coordinates did indeed arrive today <br/>
from the surveyors office <br/>
as promised<br/>
but i have been forced by some very peculiar circumstances to <br/>
prolong & enlarge the already considerable pleasure of learning <br/>
& reporting them<br/>

for it turns out the data are expressed in some arcane state <br/>
plane coordinate systems i never heard nor dreamt of <br/>
rather than the ordinary degminsecs of lat&long i was expecting<br/>
hahaha<br/>

& on top of that<br/>
either the usgs online converter isnt working properly<br/>
or else the data were wrong as well as in the wrong format<br/>
hahahaha<br/>
etc<br/>

but anyway i have engaged not just the original surveyor but 2 of <br/>
his assistants as well <br/>
on this wild & wonderfully free dominion tristate pointing goose <br/>
chase<br/>
& i can also report the data are down to submillimetric precision<br/>
i mean once we get them right<br/>
& a visual of the recorded plat has already also been promised <br/>
so we are well on our way to a resoundingly punctilious success<br/>
& moreover it appears to be pickling in ether til at least monday</div>
