Unfortunately it does:
1. Kaliningrad. Yesterday the city, named after a Bolshevik who actually never was there, was denied by Mr. Putin to plan its (Königsberg's) 750th anniversary because «Kaliningrad actually is only 57 years old» (of the Allied 1945 handover in Potsdam).
2. Lukashenka's Byelorussia ("Belarus").
