ah so canada exists after all

actually topozone has been cropping most tho not all of not only
canada but mexico too
ever since they came on line
offering caus & mxus nuts far more futility than utility
so i have learned to prefer
http://terraserver-usa.com
especially when bounding or pointing around such critical areas

but to answer the implied question
if not fear then what did cause the cropping
i think it may have had to do with the enormous cutting & pasting
job topozone did to physically combine all these paper topos into
a moderately seamless totality

at the vast majority of the quadrangle edges & seams
which involved critical matchups
the cutters & pasters had to be meticulously careful

& i have noticed that whenever they encountered what they must
have considered to be noncritical edges
such as in the outer offshore waters
but yikes also at the international borders too
they must have figured
well who could care less about or would even notice a
somewhat more relaxed snipping regime in such places

so i figure they took a little holiday in these cases & cut with such
abandon & haphazardness
& such insensitivity to the marginal needs of such marginal
characters as ourselves
that they frequently removed not only large parts of canada &
mexico but even the border lines themselves
& yikes sometimes even enough of the usa too that one cant
even tell how far shy of the border their coverage poops out

so i think they were not only innocent of & unafflicted by terror but
also just never imagined that such leading edge enthusiasts as
ourselves could even exist yet
