Well, Velke Slemence/Mai Selmenci on SKUA is a divided village 1 hour appart. In fact they appeared years and worlds appart. Offcourse today they do not form a practical village, as they village people cannot pass their, and the Slovakian require a visa to go to UA. This village was visited during GEEBE 2002.

ahh no this is a novel quest here all right
yet i think it may prove quixotic or at least very difficult to fulfill
because all the zone deviations that do occur in the usa are
precisely to synchronize with the nearest major marketplace

thus any population center of any regional consequence is very
unlikely to be divided into 2 zones
& would be quite a marvel

but courage
because you may find such a place between 2 larger cities
& i would love to see someone make this interesting point

or maybe the most interesting such question would be
not whether there is such a city
since i suppose something of some size could be found
but rather
what is the largest american city in 2 time zones

maybe not a bad question worldwise either for that matter
