I was looking for a time zone divided town in America, but didn't find anything yet.

Maybe somebody else already did look for the same?

glad to see you weighing back in on this good old question peter
& delighted by your new finds & observations too

clearly not only states but counties too can & do split into
different time zones
& no matter whether they do so town by town
or by some other governmental or nongovernmental means
because
as we think we have already seen around apalachicola
the line can be both very arbitrary & very fickle

& this is so not only because of a lack of clear standard definition
but also because of the various local adoptions or nonadoptions
of daylight savings time
yes a whole nother can of worms on top of the first can

but i have noticed that in all such fuzzy areas people manage to
cope by simply distinguishing fast time from slow time

clocks are sometimes even labelled to that effect

& some people even wear 2 wristwatches
effectively distinguishing them as right ahead & left behind

of course there are endless variations & supposed anomalies
but the time changes i find most fun to contemplate are the very
few in the entire world
like the progression between the falkland islands & argentina
that have become totally reversed

yes thats west to east rather than east to west
