These photos by Alejandro Ruiz depict a 2-8-0 steam locomotive, NdeM 1140, on display at Torreón, Coahuila. The rebuilder's plate in the inset says, curiously, that the engine is an "A.L.Co. Baldwin," that it was placed in service in 1924, and that it was repaired in the FCI shops at Puebla on 6/29/'57. To the left of the engine is a small blue NdeM motor car.
