jesper & friends

on tp belarus latvia lithuania
gideon says it is 25km south of daugavpils latvia
& 25km east of zarasai lithuania
& also east of the vilnius daugavpils railway
likewise southwest of the dvina river
& west of the town
& lakes of braslav belarus

& on tp estonia latvia russia
he only says it is 20km northeast of aluksne latvia
& 16km southeast of rouge estonia

& about both he mentions there were some disagreements as of the 1995 pub date
but i believe these are the ones you mention have now been settled
