meanwhile i am ecstatic to report also that i have just managed to borrow a<br/>
copy of brownlie until 2 jan<br/>

this is a super bible for african boundaries only<br/>
  even better than gideon in this area<br/>
so we can get some first class data on more than a third of our worldwide<br/>
total of 160 continental tri country points<br/>

& of course i will be glad to consult it for any other questions you may<br/>
have about african boundaries in the meantime<br/>
