well i shouldnt tell you if you dont give prizes

but i think kl stands for kuala lumpur & pj petaling jaya

which i believe are actually noncontiguous secondary subdivisions of malaysia within the state or federal district of wilayah persekutuan both totally surrounded by the state of selangor if i am not mistaken

so i cant & wont guess
