It is interesting and worth checking out the airport
site.

is the site. There are two plans of floors which
individually separate the floors in two countries plus
an international escalator.
I believe a few researchers including Catudal has
chosen the airport as a virtual enclave which is not
exactly unprecedented though the division might be.
