yes<br/>
i would think tricountry pointing within schengen is about as <br/>
relaxed as tristate pointing within the usa<br/>
at least in terms of the likelihood of being arrested<br/>

& so it again begs the question of when if ever will the tricountry <br/>
points within united europe be recognized to be no longer world <br/>
class but just as secondary as the tristate points of the usa<br/>

i have asked this before but it remains unanswered<br/>

so just to rephrase the question<br/>
can anyone say at what point in the development of the european <br/>
union will this demotion become an accomplished fact<br/>
or has it already happened <br/>
by dint of the monetary & customs unions <br/>
