this really deserves the attention of one of our talmudic schoilars but
& i swear i am just filling in until we get one but
it seems to me all these diplomatic reservations & easements are absolutely
real or the freakin system wouldnt work

we have heard for example that united nations enclaves in new york at least
& possibly switzerland & other places too are real & not just sentimental
poppycock like the postage stamps

diplomatic immunity itself seemingly arises & exudes from the enclavic
territorialities

this is one reason why i like to think of the united nations as a country

but i think randy is incredibly right here

as is arif of course in the message just simultaneously received

so what do we do

what is there to do but laugh
