it seems to me all these diplomatic reservations & easements are absolutely<br/>
real or the freakin system wouldnt work<br/>

we have heard for example that united nations enclaves in new york at least<br/>
& possibly switzerland & other places too are real & not just sentimental<br/>
poppycock like the postage stamps<br/>

diplomatic immunity itself seemingly arises & exudes from the enclavic<br/>
territorialities<br/>

this is one reason why i like to think of the united nations as a country<br/>
