jack came back in late last night via usmails regular camel

& we are still celebrating here

now some words as directly as possible from him

get on Boundary Point and join the group.
Incidentally I have pictures of the Manitoba-Minnesota-N.Dakota
tri-point. Also a pic of the International Boundary Marker about 2 mi N of
Pembina,ND. Clark Hall & I were there in Aug 1988 not for the tri-point but
for the low-point of N.D. which is where the Red River of the North enters
Canada. These are slides, so as soon as I get prints made I'll send them on
to you. Probably won't get to that until next month. Joyce and I are
leaving later this month for the midwest mainly to see our new
g-granddaughter in Olathe, KS and visit Joyce's sister in Lyons, KS. Also
plan to visit several of the Principal Meridian sites. 2nd PM in Indiana,
3rd PM in Illinois, 6th Pm on the KS-NE line and the Michigan Meridian.
Also plan to recheck AR-MO-OK, KS-MO-OK, and CO-KS-NE as well as visit the
new CO low point where the Arikaree R leaves Colorado. Maybe a few more
also.
Hopefully, my internet connection will be working next week when we get
back from the lake.
Regards,
Jack

btw i should add that the new low point of colorado is not just any
ordinary & humble low point but a discovery & creation of king jack himself
who has graciously condescended to correct the government about this point

& it is so grand to be with him here both on tour & at cause
