giga always makes me laugh
& your use of mega never occurred to me because i am so computer dumb

honest to goodness
still i rightly surmised we hadnt quite meshed there yet

actually all these geek prefixes are also somewhat misappropriated from
ancient geek
kilo from chilio 1000 then & now &or up to 1024 most recently i think
mega just plain great & not any particular number til
lately
giga really gigantic but also nonquantitative til cyber

so it seems i have been living in the past
