i have also found the egroups mail reception unreliable since the recent outage

so may i suggest checking back an hour or so after each posting that you send
just to make sure it was received ok
because it sometimes takes that long tho it usually works fine
& as you say it has occasionally failed entirely


but please do brag all you like
especially about yourself & peter

& if you can scan & post his jungholz map
or anything
well all the better
