Hello everybody,
no, Mike, I haven't forgotten the Lake
Constance
problem at all... quite frankly, I feel we've
reached
a point where there can't be made any
further
development on this matter - except from the
univ.
of Tuebingen that I contacted some months
ago...
they might come up with the official German
point
of view concerning the lack of border
agreements
in the lake. Both my Swiss and Austrian
sources
seem to establish the fact of no officially
recognised
tp in the lake - but do not give any political
reasons...
Imo it seems very much that everybody is
happy
with the status quo (well, everybody but
us...!!!)
Let me know if any of you should have
supplementary
info on this matter...!
Yesterday, I was a little too quick promising
pictures
as a result of an intended printer and scanner
purchase.
The family's financial supervisor (Marianne, my
wife)
warned me about too hasty decisions because of
a
certain financial crisis that has occured this
month..
so the final purchase will take place at the end of
the
month where I shall celebrate my birthday - and
the
arrival of some extra money... so another period
of
patience will be required... - so
sorry...!
Anyway, some good (?) news Mike:
Next year, October there will be another tour
to
New England for me as tour director -
Marianne
and I decided to add an additional week after
the
official group tour is finished and will drive
around
by our own - Eastcourt will be one of our goals
-
and we might even have a chance to say hello
to
you, too ...!
All the best
Peter
