yes it certainly would be a contender if you could ignore that it was probably just someones idea of the limit or end of something or other rather than an actual bilaterally agreed international boundary in some sense comparable to those of today because i think there was some requirement about that in the question also tho it may have changed a bit & that would of course be fine too
