the problem is that there really is such a thing as zero degrees but never was such a thing as the year zero in our calendar even retroactively

& when doing cross chronologies of say the christian & roman calendars one must be careful to omit the year zero & pass directly from the year 1 bce to the year 1 ce or vice versa

so it is not really the same but different

& just now or very soon you will have a chance to add another 365 days to the 730 day celebration otherwise ending this month so as to create a combined 1095 day or 3 year millennium celebration if you just acknowledge the palindromic or perfectly true millennium 2002 as being at least coequal with the cohype millenniums 2001 & 2000 since we all know the real millennium fell in 1997 anyway so why not celebrate its 5th anniversary too while we are at it but i agree lets celebrate in every case this coming year especially ground hog day
