aka kentucky bend exclave of kentucky  is no better than the hundreds of<br/>
other new welcome to kentucky signs all around that state for educating<br/>
people about the true shape of the state  so the man in the attached photo<br/>
of that sign demonstrates & supplies the missing bubble with a bubble maker<br/>
he has just chanced to find beneath the sign  & waits there to get paid for<br/>
it<br/>

indeed the new sign in the pic is the only known welcome to kentucky sign<br/>
this all but forgotten outland of it has ever had  & the educational<br/>
presentation provided by the photo is the only known comment from the<br/>
bubble about the map or the sign  or about anything for that matter<br/>
