thanx jesper
glad you like it

the topo shows monuments 706 & 707 off to either side of the lake

& the ibc monument list at
http://www.geocan.nrcan.gc.ca/ibc/coordinates/M49thp.txt
confirms their positions & also that there are no intermediate monuments

so these islands are pretty much looking like unmarked territory

i am not positive because the map ends abruptly at the border
but i think http://www.topozone.com/map.asp?lat=45&lon=-72.2&size=s&s=25
shows the southern part of this island just north of the hamlet of lake park

absolute confirmation on this one has been elusive

maybe you can make better progress

the best source for all
including these 3 nordic ones & their geocoords & sizes
is http://users.erols.com/jcalder/DIVIDEDV1.htm
especially the last 7 items

if you can find maps please beam them up

& about your botswana namibia zambia zimbabwe follow up
it seems uncertainty still reigns in that area
but the icj decision regarding the disputed mud flat island very near there
awarded it all to one party
& none of the 5 likeliest versions of the overall 4way convergency
or pair of 3way convergencies
divides any islands either

more particulars are at http://www.angelfire.com/md2/polystate2/index.html
