hey you guys
ecstatic to see you so beside the point & yourselves

indeed the point & the pointer are one
so anything we can learn about one another is very much to the point

& please never hesitate to beat about the bush around here

for we bushwhackers know better than to beat only the bushes themselves

some more fast ones from emil yesterday

> So if we found what was never lost we can not be
>Americans.

hahahahahaha
hahaha

>>From the Icelanders point of view Iceland is not the most Easterly point of
>the Americas. That would be Alaska.

right
& alaska is also easternmost from the greenwichers point of view
coming in the back door as it does at the maximum possible east longitude

& since so many of the americans in this group have recently visited the
locally famous yankocentric easternmost point of america
near quoddy head maine
i would be quick to agree with you also if you think we have been shining
the apple a bit there too

but anyway
to find what was in fact lost in this case as well
i was fascinated to realize just now
for i had had no clear idea of these extremities
the easternmost point on the north american pseudocontinent is near battle
harbor labrador
& the easternmost point on the south american pseudocontinent
& at the same time on the one true american continent
is near recife brazil

& as randy was i think suggesting
the easternmost point of the european pseudocontinent
a point actually situated somewhere deep within the eurasian
bipseudocontinent of the real & truly integral afroeurasian continent
aka the only tripseudocontinent in the world
is
er
hmm

so where would anyone guess that point is anyway
near the north ural russian city of vorkuta perhaps

but perhaps too it is enough for us to know the easternmost blue dot in europe
which i see you have placed at belarus russia ukraine emil
fips borsup or iso byruua

which reminds me
if we use both fips & iso in alpha sequence we can affect in this way a
positively linnaean looking binomenclature
as well as sound mnemonics

borsup byruua for example would evoke in my minds eye &or ear impressions
of a rather drab sidewalk borscht joint such as i imagine they might have
in that part of the world

btw & excuse me for rambling again everyone
but i see there is agreement on the 44 count for europe tho perhaps not on
all the individual tripoints there
& i have questions also about points in other areas
dotted or not dotted
but am holding off & gladly awaiting further development from you emil
if that is indeed your intention & preference at this point

we could go any way tho
so please just say what you would like next
