this mornings contraband run has helped me to face & fess up to the
following realities in relation to gcebe

i realize now my enthusiasm may have been more an impediment than a step up
to the expedition & of course i apologize accordingly if so

even assuming you are all multi adventurers
which i do
i still should not have presumed that anyone would find the presence of
contraband acceptable nor that the expedition as a whole could accept that
risk

& since i finally realize now also that even the possibility of my presence
is a damper on the forward planning
i do respectfully bow out now of the physical adventure
& graciously decline that part of the invite peter
unless of course hailed back by acclamation in the prelaunch
so as not to inhibit anyone from proceeding
& indeed so as to incite more general affirmations of support for gcebe

i also pledge a value of the gold of every sovereignty visited
