For clarification, "spam" and "bounced emails" are of course, two separate issues.  When I refer to moderating posts as a last resort, it would be for the purpose of spam prevention...unrelated to "bouncing".  My response to Harry therefore should have been worded better.  If spam messages persist (and we should probably consider ourselves lucky that we've only had two or so), I would not unilaterally go to moderated message status without taking a poll of BP members.
