Today I have noticed a picture about Estonian-Latvian border in a <br/>
newspaper &quot;Eesti Ekspress&quot;. It is in the internet site: <br/>

The curiosity is that the photographer had to pay a fine (about 15 <br/>
euros) because those people crossed the border illegally and took the <br/>
photo in the Latvian marker.<br/>
