which is usually pretty fair to good for zeroing in on the multipoints but
not absolutely reliable
shows the france germany switzerland tripoint just nw of basel & in the
middle of the rhine i believe

in iso it is chdefr
possibly pronounced chowdifer
& probably does mean it is in a fish soup bearing waterway in that case

& in fips frgmsz
or frogmess
same thing mutatis mutandis

so it is looking like you will need a better map & gps & a water taxi
