bagged a good 3nm photo of oruswa this morning from the beach near ilwaco wa<br/>
<br/>
then made an also good & much closer photo of absolute orn<br/>
& another good photo of dry orn very nearby<br/>
<br/>
<br/>
an unexpected bonus of visiting both sides of the mouth of the great <br/>
columbia river was the invention of a new backwards version of sawanabori<br/>
in which one seeks not the source of the river but the two corners of its <br/>
mouth<br/>
<br/>
those of the columbia are marked with great convex jetties built by the army <br/>
corps of engineers<br/>
& seeming much like smile dimples at the sides of a real mouth<br/>
<br/>
i let the army call the game & thus twinkled my toes in both cases exactly <br/>
where the rivermouth & jetty dimple form a trijunction<br/>
<br/>
so this was actually a double bonus try<br/>
<br/>
when i add the normal river source sawanabori point to the dimple pair<br/>
voila i will have invented multi sawanabori<br/>
<br/>
but it is a long way to the source of the columbia<br/>
without much of an engine<br/>
<br/>

about that nmoktx thing again<br/>

i must be more blunt<br/>
or it may never become clarified<br/>
<br/>
when brian posted that pic of jc<br/>
he was evidently so excited & hungry for a laugh<br/>
as he later admitted<br/>
that he deliberately misrepresented the most important point<br/>
<br/>
  that is not the true nmoktx monument  & he knew it<br/>
<br/>
he knew that because he read my recent revisit report<br/>
posted from taos nm<br/>
<br/>
& it was not janes nor my responsibility from that point on<br/>
nor does brian have any more credibility<br/>
except as a true fellow rioter<br/>
<br/>
david however fell for brians hoax because he was not expecting deliberate <br/>
misinformation here & because these two monuments do look so nearly alike<br/>
  as does a third one also standing nearby tricoincidentally<br/>
<br/>
but i take the long view<br/>
<br/>
we will all get over it<br/>
& entertainment probably precedes information here anyway<br/>
