<div id="ygrps-yiv-2037815344">According to the official US time site (that&#39;s chronology, not the weekly <br/>
magazine), the Hopi reservation in Arizona is not only a political enclave <br/>
within the Navajo reservation, but also a chronological enclave. In other <br/>
words, it&#39;s an anachronism ... by one hour!<br/>
Arizona, New Mexico, colorado and Utah are in the mountain time zone, but of <br/>
these, only Arizona doesn&#39;t observe daylinght saving. EXCEPT the Navajo <br/>
reservation in the NE corner, which like the other states, does put its <br/>
clocks forward an hour in summer. This leaves the poor old Hopis inside the <br/>
Navajo reservation without summer time, (no Indian summer??) and so behind <br/>
their enclaving neighbours.<br/>
