Most definitely not, Harry. The border shows up as a line of plusses,
yellow-bordered. The ferry is there, too, but is shown as a single
dashed line with a little black rectangle in the middle and extends
only a little from Emden harbour, ending in an arrowhead. There it
says "Veer op Borkum".

The overview map of Groningen inside the front and back covers also
show this boundary (as a thick grey line).
