got from a nl government pdf file. Orange is nl, purple is de, grey is<br/>
the area about which it was agreed to disagree acc. to the Eems-Dollard<br/>
treaty of 1960 and the additional Protocol of 1996.<br/>

The question is not unlike the Courantyne case: Germany claims all of<br/>
the river, the Netherlands want everything on their side of the thalweg<br/>
of the Eems river (I got this from a Dutch encyclopedia article).<br/>
