map, White City is sitting right on the time zone boundary. Surely, <br/>
this can&#39;t be the case. Not very practical, I would think. Or is this <br/>
the real situation?<br/>

The time zone boundary seems to be coinciding with two roads: Highway <br/>
386 and U.S. 98, acc. to <br/>

true that your neighbour across the road, in the same village or <br/>
