Hi Michael, concerning this Tp:
The river Prut forms the entire
border between Moldova and Romania.
The northern Tp is very close to a Moldovian
town called Lipcani.
The southern Tp is - according to my map - where
the Prut river flows into the
Danube - very close to the
Romanian city of Galati, the Ukrainian town of
Reni and the Moldovian town of
Giurgiulesti !
So both tripoints are in fact wet ! You're
right.
