  or at least i think it is true<br/>
that jrv prescotts 1985 book re international maritime boundaries<br/>
plus periodic united nations unclos supplements beginning with 1991<br/>
ought to fill in all multinational maritime blanks remaining worldwide<br/>
  i mean both the points & the blanks  of course<br/>
but i am finding these publications themselves are playing hard to find<br/>

any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated<br/>
