As usual, anything I post turns up 2-7 days late. SO as you have the graph
of the points in the treaty, here are the besic texts of the boundaries in
the UK-Cyprus treaty, giving the gridreference turning pointrs and the way
to join the points, which are all straight lines except where mentioned
differently.

Here's also the maps I have of the Cyprus enclaves in UKSB areas. These are
form the UN Treaty Series, v382. They are originally 1:100 000. There is a
1km grid marked.
I have seen the original treaty in the PRO in London, and have a copy of the
text. The boundaries were marked with pinpricks on aerial photos.
The text lists 4 boundaries. boundary one is the main one of the British
base. Boundary 2 is the power station, and is in 2 parts, boundary 2 and
boundary 2a. Boundary 3 is Ormidhia and boundary 4 is Xylotymbou

The maps used to define the boundary ar 1:10 000 sheets. The standard 1:25
000 mapping for cyprus (now long out of print i think) was divided into 8
1:10 000 sheets (also out of print), lettered A to D across the northern
half of the 25k sheet, then E to H across the southern half thus
ABCD
EFGH

you can follow the grid refs from the scanned maps. The points are only
given to the nearest 10m which seems strange. I thought they would have used
1m ponits, but using points on a 10m grid is reasonable enough.

Boundary 2 starts at
"3859,4759 [Point 41B/15, on sheet 41B]
thence to
3859,4768 [Point 41B/27]
thence along a line maintaining a distance of 10 yards from the centre line
of the Larnaca-Ormidhia road to
3877,4761 [Point 41C/38 on sheet 41C]
thence along the line of the perimeter fence to the north of Dhekelia power
station to
3934,4762 [Point 41C/39]
thence to
3937,4762 [Point 41C/40]
thence along the boundary between the plots numbered 29/(1/1) and 29/(1/2)
on cadastral sheet No. XLI/21 to
3940,4757 [point 41C/32]
thence in a straight line to the position lying on the line of mean sea
level at a true bearing of 180 degrees from Point 41C/32;
thence along the line of mean sea level to the position lying on that line
at a true bearing of 180 degrees from point 41B/15;
thence in a straight line to Point 41B/15."

The point numbering relates to all the points of all the boundaries on each
sheet, not just to those of one boundary, thus the jumps from 41B/15 to
41B/27 etc.

Boundary 2a from
"41B/26 3860,4780
thence to
41C/26 3889,4823
thence to
41C/27 3905,4824
thence to
41C/28 3926,4779
thence to
41C/29 3928,4780
thence along the boundary between the plots numbered 34(5/1) and 34(5/2) on
cadastral sheet No. XLI/21 to
41C/41 3936,4767
thence along a line maintaining a distance of 40 yards from the centre line
of the Ormidhia-Larnaca road to
41B/26."
