It is the border crossing at Fort Covington NY into Quebec. I think the problem some of you have been having with how it displays when you click on the link is because the link is broken over two lines. Copy and paste the entire link; otherwise it takes you to your own default Live Local location. It took me at first to my hometown in Pennsylvania which was the last location I had visited on Live Local.
Otherwise, I wonder why the OP put out a question "guess the location of this photo" and then provided a link to a map service that tells you exactly where it is? No guessing involved, just widen out the view a few steps.
