As does bv and sj, which should be happy under no, I suppose. One
would think that every nugget of land wants to be covered by some
code, and I guess these nuggets are detatched enough from no to
warrant their own recognition. But if we have sj, why don't we have
one for the Azores? I think the whole thing is a bit inconsistent
really.

I was always under the impression that it was geographical, not
so much political, but there are counterexamples on both sides.
