thanxx to both peters for this very interesting & illuminating sequence

if it is a bit of a letdown to see the 1375 oldest stone prospect busted
it certainly is uplifting & liberating to know at last not only this truth
but also to find in the process evidence of deliberate extraction &
replacement of antecedent monumentation here
& therefore very possibly everywhere on the frsp lines remonumented under
the 1856 agreement
which if i recall covers the entire frsp boundary

so we may be able now to rest fairly well assured that we arent going to
find the rock of ages anywhere on the frsp boundary
which is a loss since this might be the oldest extant boundary in the world
but a gain in that it encourages a narrowing of focus

peter herings suggestion that peter smaardijks intended 18th century
margaret of austria might rather have been maria theresa would if correct
also retrieve these austrian rocks from another of my extravagant
overestimations of antiquity
but might in the same swoop prove them younger than some other 18th century
candidates we are aware of
one of them i believe also called the st martin stone
so i hope we can narrow our dating & placement of all these benl austrians

& may i say to you peter s
that i am repeatedly & utterly blown away
as i think we all must be
by the breadth & depth & speed of your reach

you are truly a giant of the game

& i feel certain that if we can continue to motivate you especially
we will be able to fairly exhaust the known playing field
& find new & ever more beautiful ones as we go

sincerely
m
