No, I believe it is a road distance marker. At the NW corner of Bangladesh
was a similar 2-sided stone with distances to Dhaka and the far SE point
(Teknaf) in Bengali script and numerals.
I seem to recall a similar stone also at Tin Bigha on the Bangladesh side.
