He says the wall and gate are in the mioddle of the Taklamakan. That is
entirely within Xinjiang (Sinkiang) province in China's NW, so from that
descriptino does not relate to an international border. It MAY be something
to do with Lop Nur, the Chinese nuclear facility at the NE of that desert,
or possibly the gate at the tibetan border with Sinkiang. The land is flat,
so it would not seem to be a border with a former soviet republic in Central
Asia. It COULD be one with Mongolia or Kazakhstan in the N or sinkiang, but
that is nowhere near the Taklamakan.
Who knows?
