http://www.egroups.com/message/boundarypoint/547 is a pretty good first or second try at compiling all the tertiary megapoints of the usa including quadparishes independent cities

etc etc

but it was compiled without benefit of topozone

 

for example we now know florida has only 7 megapoints

tho i believe i may have indicated 9 were probable at that time

 

so everything would have to be carefully checked

but it is at least a start or a basis for comparison
