We still get good old fashioned mileage.
Canada is a mix of the best of both systems.  Human height in feet.  Human weight in pounds.  Distance in km.  Weather in metric (-17 sounds soooo much colder than 0F).  Of course, here on the coast, there isn't much of a Canadian winter.  I may have to mow the lawn!  And there are a million more examples, but I'm sleepy!

hey  doug
cool

while right across the line from st regis quebec
which is the exact opposite of the pt roberts situation
you may not get a liter in hogansburg ny
which is the reverse of the tsawwassen bc situation
but you do get the substantial mohawk discount

however you then need to buy a bead necklace to convert the gallons into
liters & the looneys into greenbacks & the kilometers into miles in case
you were trying to figure out what kind of gas mileage you got

btw
do you guys get good kilometry or litery
or what do you say in that case
